The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing of any engagement are agreed individually in a written offer or contract. Information on this website is for general orientation and does not constitute a binding offer.
Liability
IDERDEX CONSULT is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage, except in cases of injury to life, body or health.
Intellectual property
All texts, images, graphics, code and other materials provided by IDERDEX CONSULT remain its intellectual property unless transferred explicitly in writing as part of a project agreement.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is, where legally permissible, Munich, Germany.
